At Pure Strands, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund and return policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:

1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Products must be in their original condition: unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
3. Hair products must have the tags intact and free from any damage.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Custom-made wigs or products.
• Used or tampered items, including hair bundles that have been installed, cut, or chemically treated.
• Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Process for Returns:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@purestrands.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Please ensure the item is shipped back within 14 days.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees.

Shipping Fees:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
